Grand Hyatt Residence features 186 furnished apartments ranging from 100 m² to 300 m², making it one of the largest hotel apartment complexes in the city. This 4-star Dubai hotel offers amenities such as a large pool, multiple dining options, and a full-service spa.

Rooms & Amenities

Each apartment at Grand Hyatt Residence provides air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a kitchen with modern appliances. Guest apartments overlook the pool, gardens, or the creek, and include various living spaces with en suite bathrooms.

Dining Options

Dining options at the Grand Hyatt include a restaurant with both indoor and outdoor seating under a floral pergola. A variety of cuisines are available, ranging from Italian to international dishes, with premium cocktails on offer at the bar.

Leisure & Wellness

The Grand Hyatt features one of the largest pools in Dubai, complemented by a dedicated poolside restaurant. For relaxation, Ahasees Spa and Club provides massage treatments, a gym, a sauna, and tennis courts.

Location & Accessibility

The hotel offers convenient access to several local attractions, including the Dubai Mall, which is 6 km away, and the Dubai Dolphinarium at 2 km. Public transport includes the Dubai Healthcare City subway station, reachable within a 12-minute walk.

“I think the standout feature here is the sheer size of the apartments, complete with fully equipped kitchens, which makes it especially appealing for families or extended stays. The hotel balances residence-style living with access to extensive wellness facilities, including a notable spa and one of Dubai's largest pools. Dining receives high marks, even if some services can be inconsistent, adding up to a solid experience near Dubai's cultural attractions.”

Reasonable Stay

spacious apartment maids room huge garden play grounds kids play areas old furniture old design outdated facility toilet spray uncomfortable bed

The apartment was spacious. It had four bedrooms plus a maids room. There was a huge garden with pools and play grounds. My kids loved the play areas.

The hotel felt old. The furniture and design seemed outdated. Some facilities did not work, such as the toilet spray. The beds were not comfortable.
